MANAVA Arena: Web3 NFT go-to-market strategy
Define a go-to-market and investor-attraction strategy for a Web3 play-to-earn battle royale selling character NFTs.
What we did
- Articulated the investment thesis for the character NFT line, mapping the utility angles a buyer might value: in-game access, ecosystem utility, limited supply and secondary-market trading.
- Built a three-step investor-attraction algorithm: data analysis and pitch deck, promotion materials feeding an SMM strategy, and audience definition for manual outreach.
- Segmented six target audiences: blockchain enthusiasts, gamers, investors, collectors, influencers and high-volume buyers.
- Mapped where each audience actually gathers, from Crypto Twitter and Reddit to Twitch, YouTube and Discord, financial forums and LinkedIn, NFT marketplaces and Instagram or TikTok, plus sourcing platforms such as AngelList, Crunchbase and F6S.
- Wrote a tailored outreach angle and communication approach per segment, from tokenomics and USPs for enthusiasts to streamer partnerships for gamers and exclusive editions for high-volume buyers.
What was delivered
- An NFT go-to-market and sales strategy document.
- A three-step investor-attraction framework.
- A six-segment audience map with per-audience channels and sourcing sources.
- Per-segment outreach tactics and a communication playbook, plus recommended next steps: a pitch deck and SMM promotion materials.
